Mother Nature seemed to have given out a little Christmas cheer of her own as the temperature dipped down to the mid 30 degrees during the annual Winterfest "Parade of Lights" and celebration on December 1, 2018. Although it felt a little chilly for some, it never stopped the hundreds of people from showing up to this years festive event in a typical Holiday fashion. The crowd was treated to a beautiful array of lights as dozens of parade exhibits made their way from the Veteran's Memorial Park down to the Main Street Park next to Plumas Bank. Santa Clause arrived on a colorful and well-decorated float to the cheers of the many children who were there to great him. Click on each thumbnail photo below to view.
